We are a cage free facility and require an appointment. We will try to accommodate your appointment request to the best of our ability. The appointment request does not confirm/guarantee your requested appointment time. We will call you for confirmation regarding your requested appointment time. Tampa is currently 27+ days for a grooming (haircut) appointment and 6+ days for a bath (no haircut) appointment. We do keep a cancellation/waiting list, so if you are looking for a same day or next day appointment time, it might be easier to call us at 813.443.5714 to discuss availability and placement on the waiting list
All Full-Service Grooming and Washes require an appointment and are subject to groomer and/or bather availability. Self-Service wash is first come first serve. The Request for appointment does not guarantee your requested appointment date and time and we will call you to complete scheduling withing 24-48 hours. We do not schedule via email.
